We   believe   that   to   achieve   excellent   levels   of   customer   service   we   need   to   be   flexible   and   adaptable   to your   individual   requirements.   We   try   to   adopt   this   approach   with   every   aspect   of   our   service throughout your stay with us. Arrival   and   departure   times   -    We   are   flexible   with   regards   to   your   arrival   and   departure   times   at   the   chalet   to     allow   you   to   book   the   best-value   flights.   However   individual   rooms   are   available   from   16.00   on   your   arrival   day     and will need to be vacated by 10.00 on your day of departure. We can store your baggage if required. Our   chalet   hosts   -    we   employ   2   hosts   per   chalet   to   ensure   that   you are   really   well   looked-after   during   your   stay.   In   addition   to   their cooking,   cleaning   and   driving   duties,   they   will   keep   you   updated throughout   your   stay   with   information   about   the   chalet,   the   ski   area and   any   specific   events   which   may   be   taking   place;   keep   the   hot   tub sparkling    clean,    clear    a    path    through    the    snow    to    the    hot tub/minibus,   lay   and   light   the   fire   to   keep   the   chalet   toasty   warm and generally ensure you have a fabulous holiday! Chalet   hosts   have   one   day   off   per   week   when   we   ask   you   to   dine   out in   the   evening,   but   don’t   worry,   that’s   when   one   of   our   team members   step   in   to   ensure   that   your   slopes   run   service   remains available   and   that   breakfast   and   afternoon   tea   are   still   provided.   On the   chalet   night   off   you   can   either   choose   to   walk   up   to   Prodains   to the   nearby   bars   and   restaurants,   or   we   can   arrange   taxis   into Morzine   or   Les   Gets   for   you   as   an   optional   extra.   We   recommend booking   a   restaurant   in   the   evening   in   peak   weeks   as   the   best   ones book   up   fast…we   are   happy   to   make   recommendations   and   book restaurants for you in advance of your arrival. Outdoor   hot-tubs   -   Both   Chalet   des   Glacons   and   Slate   Valley   Lodge boast   6-seater   outdoor   hot-tubs   with   spectacular   mountain   views. Hot-tubs   are      available   as   a   pre-dinner   activity   and   are   a   fab   way of   relaxing   those   aching   muscles   after   a   challenging   day   on   the mountain.   Our   obliging   chalet   hosts   will   bring   out   the   beers   from our in-chalet honesty bars. Communal   facilities   -   Both   of   our   chalets   have   free   wi-fi,   UK   freeview   TV,   a   selection   of   board   games   and   dvds     and an honesty bar to ensure you don’t get bored during your time away from the slopes. In-room   facilities    -   We   provide   large   bath   towels   and   hand   towels,   dressing   gowns   and   slippers   to   make   your     stay   as   comfortable   as   possible.   All   rooms   have   a   hairdryer   and   complimentary   toiletries   in   the   bathrooms.   In     addition,   all   rooms   can   operate   as   either   twins   or   doubles   -   please   let   us   know   when   booking   which   you   will     require. Chalet   cleaning   -      in   addition   to   a   full   changeover   each   week,   our   chalet   hosts   will   clean   all   bathrooms,   tidy   the     communal   areas   and   your   room   each   day   and   we   also   offer   a   mid-week   towel   change   (where   requested)   for     guests   staying   7   nights.   For   information   on   our   service   with   regards   to   ski/snowboard   related   services   such   as        lift-passes, equipment rental and lessons please see our ski info page.
