Payment is taken by bank transfer to our UK account or by Visa, Mastercard or Amex. All card payments are processed in euros, using xe.com to calculate the exchange rate at the time of payment. We are not responsible for any difference in the exchange rate as applied by your card provider. A deposit of £150 per person is due at the time of booking with the remainder due 12 weeks before travel. If your holiday date is less than 12 weeks after booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Insurance - it is your responsibility to take out the necessary travel insurance to cover cancellation, lost baggage, delays, mountain rescue and medical expenses.
