We   believe   that   to   achieve   excellent   levels   of   customer   service   we   need   to   be   flexible   and   adaptable   to your   individual   requirements.   We   try   to   adopt   this   approach   with   every   aspect   of   our   service throughout your stay with us. Arrival   and   departure   times   -    Where   possible   we   are   flexible   with   regards   to   your   arrival   and   departure   times   at the   chalet   to      allow   you   to   book   the   best-value   flights.   However   in   general   the   chalet   is   available   from   16.00   on your   arrival   day   and   will   need   to   be   vacated   by   10.00   on   your   day   of   departure.   We   can   store   your   baggage   if required. Your   arrival   -    we   will   be   there   to   meet   you   on   your   arrival   and   to ensure   that   you   have   all   the   information   you   need   to   enjoy   your stay.      We   provide   an   information   folder   in   each   chalet   with   details   of all   the   activities   you   may   wish   to   undertake   during   your   stay.   It   also has ideas for restaurants and day trips whilst you are with us. Welcome    pack    -    we    provide    a    welcome    pack    with    some    basic provisions   to   get   you   started   including   bread,   butter,   jam,   milk,   tea, coffe and of course une bouteille de vin! During   your   stay   -   we   may   need   to   pop   by   during   your   stay   to ensure   that   the   hot   tub   is   kept   sparkling   clean,   to   water   plants/cut the grass and generally ensure you have a fabulous holiday! Concierge   service   -   We      recommend   booking   restaurants   in   the evening   during   peak   weeks   as   the   best   ones   book   up   fast…we   are happy   to   make   recommendations   and   book   restaurants   for   you   in advance of your arrival. We   can   arrange   taxis   into   Morzine   or   other   location   in   the   area   for you   as   an   optional   extra   -   please   ask   us   for   details   of   costs.   We   can also   arrange   a   babysitter   for   you   as   an   optional   extra   should   this   be required during your stay. Facilities   -    Both   of   our   chalets   have   free   wi-fi,   UK   freeview   TV,   a   selection   of   board   games,   books   and   dvds   to ensure you don’t get bored during your time with us. In-room   facilities   -   We   provide   large   bath   towels   and   hand   towels,   dressing   gowns   and   slippers   to   make   your     stay   as   comfortable   as   possible.   All   rooms   have   a   hairdryer   and   complimentary   toiletries   in   the   bathrooms.   In     addition,   all   rooms   can   operate   as   either   twins   or   doubles   -   please   let   us   know   when   booking   which   you   will     require. Outdoor   hot-tubs   -   Both   Chalet   des   Glacons   and   Slate   Valley   Lodge   boast   outdoor   hot-tubs   with   spectacular mountain   views.   Hot-tubs   are      available   as   a   pre-dinner   activity   and   are   a   fab   way   of   relaxing   those   aching muscles after a challenging day of activities. Chalet   cleaning   -      in   addition   to   a   full   changeover   with   each   booking,   we   also   offer   a   mid-stay   bedding   and   towel change for guests staying for 14 nights.
